We are seeking a skilled professional for the VIP Manager position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with opportunities for growth. Additionally, we offer competitive compensation and exciting bonuses.

What you need to do:

  •  Building and developing long-term relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  •  Promptly handling player queries, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
  •  Actively engage with VIP clients in the African region and Tier 1 markets.
  •  Managing player accounts of players with large balances, including monitoring their activity and providing exclusive offers.
  •  Conducting customer data analysis to identify trends and develop retention strategies.
  •  Working with the Digitain platform: understanding its capabilities and effective use in the VIP segment.
  •  Coordinating work with other departments (marketing, support, payment systems) to ensure premium service.
  •  Preparing and submitting reports on the results of work with VIP clients.


What hard skills do you need to have:

 

  •  Experience of working with VIP-clients in iGaming for at least 2 years.
  •  Availability of successful cases on working with players with large balances, confirmed by results.
  •  Knowledge of markets and their peculiarities.
  •  Preference to candidates with experience on Digitain platform.
  •  Excellent communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence.
  •  Knowledge of English at least at B2 level.
  •  Analytical and data skills: ability to use statistical tools and CRM to improve player engagement.
  •  Ability to make quick decisions in stressful situations and manage conflicts effectively.
  •  Proactive approach to work: willingness to propose and implement new ideas to improve VIP service.
