We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will take care of production issue tracking and communication with the client’s customer support teams and our development and QA teams.
During your typical working day, you will investigate production issues together with development teams, use modern logging and monitoring tools, communicate to client’s customer support using chats/emails, and Keep track of production incidents and improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience with web application troubleshooting
- Knowledge Linux basics
- Experience with Grafana, Kibana or similar tools
- Strong communication skills
- English upper-intermediate
Will be plus:
- Kibana, Grafana, Jira, Bash, Python, Postman
Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with client’s customer support.
- Cooperation with development and QA teams.
- Web application troubleshooting (frontend, backend - using tools like Kibana, Grafana, etc).
- Defect management through the operational flow
