What you’ll be doing:
Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—from developing sourcing strategies and crafting compelling job descriptions to creating detailed candidate profiles and managing final negotiations with hiring managers.
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure effective and aligned hiring decisions.
Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent across both traditional and non-traditional channels.
Propose and implement creative ideas to continuously improve recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective.
Apply advanced candidate assessment methods, including behavioral interviews, case studies, competency-based evaluations, and reference checks.
Facilitate pre-onboarding and onboarding for new hires, ensuring they feel supported and set up for success from day one.
What you need for success:
2+ years of hands-on full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the Ukrainian and EMEA markets preferably in a fast start-up environment.
At least B2 English proficiency to collaborate seamlessly with global talent and teams.
Exceptional interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with a solid understanding of competencies evaluation techniques.
A strong analytical mindset with the regular use of data insights to make data-driven decisions.
A proactive approach with a passion for driving improvements and creating better processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills helping you build meaningful partnerships and find the key to connect with everyone.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
