Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to support full-cycle recruitment efforts.
- Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS system.
- Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback throughout the process.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and technologies to better understand client needs.
Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field (experience in IT recruitment is a plus).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT recruitment.
