KeyPerson is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Junior IT Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team. As a Junior IT Recruiter / Sourcer, you will play a vital role in building strong candidate pipelines, ensuring we deliver the best professionals to meet our clients’ needs. Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other tools.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to support full-cycle recruitment efforts.
  • Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS system.
  • Communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, and provide feedback throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and technologies to better understand client needs.

Requirements

  • 0.5+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field (experience in IT recruitment is a plus).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
  • Basic understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of IT recruitment.
