We are looking for a talented and passionate administrative support specialist with knowledge of German and English to join Materialise. In this position, you will join a dedicated, international team of professionals who help bring medical innovations to patients around the world. You will be involved in our medical device orders, working with our EU customers and supporting Materialise's medical business unit.

Responsibilities
- Administrative support of Materialize CMF Personalized & Standard devices (creation of quotations and entering orders into the system)
- Assist the logistics team in following up on the pick-up and return of CMF standard devices (interacting via email/phone with the hospitals in German and English)
- Create internal purchase requisitions for the medical business unit
- Work in MS CRM, SalesForce, MS Finance and Operations, and other internal systems
Your profile
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Working proficiency in English and German (verbal and written)
- Work experience in administrative positions is a plus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a self-organized and punctual way
