Our client, a Global Leader in Sustainable Thermal Comfort Solutions, invites you to join company's team for the position Spare Parts Sales and Logistic Coordinator.
Time: full time
Location: Kyiv
Subordinate to: Logistic manager
Full cooperation: Service Team
Main responsibilities:
- Spare Parts (SP) stock management (SP turnover, obsolesces management etc.)
- Warranty SP turnover management
- Collaboration with stock management of our partners (Ukraine)
- SP stock inventory (1 per year)
- Collaboration with internal client (Service/Sales/Installation team) and external clients (Service Centers and Service Partners). Order / offer receive & submit. SP sales
- SP logistic organization (across Ukraine and from abroad)
- SP paper turnover following and control
- SP sales contracts control and signing (1 per year)
- SP import/export. Headquarters collaboration
Requirements to candidate:
- Good English skills (ability for communication and mailing with Headquarter SP management).
- Logistic and stock management or sales management experience.
- Ability for quick study, external and internal collaboration.
- Great communication skills, quick mind and modern approach.
- Microsoft 365, SAP and 1C or other CRM system experience are preferable.
