Outbound Sales Specialist

We take pride in delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and as we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Cold Calling Agent to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Cold Calling Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to generate interest, gather information, and convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Client Interaction: Build rapport with potential clients, handle objections, and answer questions about our products/services.
• Data Management: Accurately record all interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of proven cold calling/sales experience with measurable results.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1 level), enabling effective communication with clients and the team.
• Willingness to work from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM Kyiv time to align with U.S. clients' schedules.
