We also invest in the fight against gambling addiction, help players cope with crisis situations, and monitor age restrictions for players.
Requirements:
- Higher legal education;
- 2+ years’ legal work experience in international companies (preferably in IT);
- Knowledge of English - at least Upper-Intermediate+ Legal English;
- Legal research skills in various non-standard matters;
- Experience in the area of international law;
- Experience in commercial contracts with foreign contracting parties;
- Knowledge of IP rights, data protection (in Ukraine and EU).
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of new and modification of existing agreements and amendments thereto in various legal areas such as Incoterms delivery, sale-purchase of products, software license and IT services, advertising and marketing services, exhibition participation etc.;
- Drafting of various legal documents, letters, memos, statements for legal entities in different jurisdictions (Ukraine, EU);
- Conducting of legal opinions on various aspects of Ukrainian and international legislation;
- Monitoring of foreign laws, data tracking;
- Careful filling of questionnaires for opening bank accounts;
- Communication and interaction with company’s departments to ensure minimization of legal risks and provision of legal support.
