About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join our legal team. This role involves managing corporate documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and supporting legal research across various legal areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize contract files and corporate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legislation (including international regulations).
- Conduct legal research and liaise with external legal partners.
- Stay updated on relevant legal frameworks and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in corporate, tax, or commercial law.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (or higher).
- Experience working with non-resident companies.
- English B1 and higher (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to propose creative legal solutions.
- Motivation to stay updated on regulations and deepen legal expertise.
- Persistence, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
