We are a fast-growing B2B payment solutions provider for the IT industry, looking for a Sales Manager to drive our business expansion. This is a unique opportunity to be the first sales hire, define the sales process, implement a CRM system, and build a future sales team from scratch.

Core Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, your role will include:

Developing and executing a B2B sales strategy for IT products.
Identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through outbound and inbound efforts.
Managing the entire sales funnel—prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract signing.
Defining and implementing a CRM system to streamline the sales process.
Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers and identifying upsell opportunities.
Analyzing sales performance and adjusting strategies for better results.
Laying the groundwork for a future sales team and leading its formation.

Requirements:
Middle Strong/Senior level in sales, ideally in IT or fintech.
Strong B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT or payments industry.
Fluent English (B2+) is a must.
Deep understanding of the IT market and how B2B sales work.
Proactive mindset—able to work independently without an existing sales department.
Experience with lead generation, activation, and closing deals.
Ability to choose and set up a CRM system from scratch.
Strong analytical skills to track and improve sales performance.
