We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients and business partners.
Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative at Mosqitter, you will play a critical role in expanding our business by generating high-quality leads. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with prospects in the U.S. market, particularly those in need of effective and sustainable mosquito control solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainable technologies.
What We Expect from You
• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher
• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, digital marketing, or business development
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that engage prospects
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

• Preferred location: Remote, Ukraine-based
Key Responsibilities
Lead Research & Outreach
Identify and engage potential leads on LinkedIn and other platforms, including businesses, event organizers, and individuals who would benefit from Mosqitter’s innovative mosquito control solutions.
Connection Strategy
Develop and execute strategies for connecting with decision-makers through personalized messaging and targeted campaigns.
Relationship Building
Nurture relationships with prospects through follow-up messages, engaging content, and consistent communication.
Collaboration
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall business goals and conversion strategies.
Lead Qualification
Qualify leads based on their interest, industry, and potential to convert into customers.
Reporting & Analytics
Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
