Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the transportation, export, logistics industries, with a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the International Business Development and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate shipments and logistics for overseas orders.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for global expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients.
- Identify new sales leads and potential markets.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with international client
Qualifications and Skills
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Other Relevant Studies.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
- A combination of previous experience in sales, logistics, transportation, operations, business development.
- Entrepreneurial skills or mindset (ability to spot and take and advantage of opportunities)
- Sales techniques and concept selling skills
- Proven history of hitting sales targets & volumes
- Demonstrated effectiveness in all the areas outlined in the roles and responsibilities
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of French, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Arab languages would be advantage.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
- Logical thinking, issue-driven thinking and critical thinking skills.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadline, able to work independently and coordinate well in a team.
