Technical Support Engineer in Renewable energy sector

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer service and warranty requests.
- Provide basic technical solutions.
- Collaboration with the technical team.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Calm and positive person.
- Motivation to learn and grow in a professional setting.
- Electrical certificate (group 3 and higher) would be an advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of PVSyst, PVSol or AutoCAD would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Ukrainian (min. C1) English (min. B1) – both written and spoken.
