Description:
IT Services and Engineering Solutions company with operations throughout the EMEA region as well as the USA, is looking for problem solving IT Support Specialist/System Administrator specialist to handle with multiple stakeholders in the Ukrainian office.

Requirements:
- Language skills: Upper Intermediate- Advanced English, other languages are a plus
- 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role (Support L2)
- Strong problem solving/analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, handling multiple stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organized
- Beying a Team player and supportive personality
- Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus (e.g. GxP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
- Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products;
- Use strong problem-solving abilities to address and troubleshoot client concerns;
- Ensure clear, professional communication with stakeholders (over 300 customers and users);
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, handling various stakeholders efficiently;
- Work closely with the support team and other departments, demonstrating a supportive and team-oriented attitude.
