Description:

IT Services and Engineering Solutions company with operations throughout the EMEA region as well as the USA, is looking for problem solving IT Support Specialist/System Administrator specialist to handle with multiple stakeholders in the Ukrainian office.

This position presents a unique opportunity to gain international experience and advance your technical expertise by working with innovative technologies in a dynamic, global setting.

Requirements:

  • Language skills: Upper Intermediate- Advanced English, other languages are a plus
  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role (Support L2)
  • Strong problem solving/analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, handling multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and willingness to work self-sufficiently and well organized
  • Beying a Team player and supportive personality
  • Experience in regulated IT environments is a plus (e.g. GxP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution;
  • Provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices and other tech tools and products;
  • Use strong problem-solving abilities to address and troubleshoot client concerns;
  • Ensure clear, professional communication with stakeholders (over 300 customers and users);
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, handling various stakeholders efficiently;
  • Work closely with the support team and other departments, demonstrating a supportive and team-oriented attitude.
