Ready to dive into the gaming world and become our Support Agent? We’re seeking a sharp, English-speaking teammate for the evening shift (part-time remotely, 2/2, shift — 8 hours from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Kyiv time) to help our users. If you’re a problem-solving pro with a passion for gaming, let’s get closer
What to do:
- Handling incoming user requests (email, online chat)
- Working with user accounts in CRM
- Online monitoring state of the site and timely response to failures
Your superpowers
- Your English is perfect (advanced)
- Good spoken and written communication
- You’re ready to resolve difficult or even conflict situations
Will be a valuable addition
- Have experience working as support or call centre operator
- Knowledge of Spanish
- Active CS2 player (we will give preference to candidates who are active gamers)
