Сustomer Service and Warehousing Manager
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
About the role
As a Customer Service and Warehousing Manager, you will focus on developing and maintaining Haleon's relationships with current and future Customers and W&D service providers. You will be responsible for delivery of the best-in-class level of customer service through the existing end-to-end network of warehouses, distribution activities to local customers and logistic service providers across Ukraine.
In this position you will set up and manage processes of 3PL performance reviews, audits and compare suppliers against agreed and common Key Performance Indicators. You will manage the team of Warehousing Manager and Customer Service Specialists and look after execution of operational tasks in order to meet the respective local legislation and the business needs of Haleon in Ukraine.
Role Responsibilities:
Building strategic partnerships with 3PLs, leading supplier communication and performance reviews, and ensuring alignment of supplier development agenda locally and across the CEE region.
Setting up and managing processes of 3PL performance reviews, audits, and comparing suppliers against agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Managing a team of Warehousing Managers and Customer Service Specialists to meet local legislation and business needs.
Proactively managing and mitigating risks associated with W&D and Customer Service operations.
Monitoring supplier performance against contracts, budgets, and agreed operational KPIs, and initiating remedial actions where necessary.
Leading Continuous Improvement programs with logistics suppliers through direct and indirect reports and in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
Support development of overall strategy for Warehousing and Distribution.
Stakeholder management – set up strong internal partnerships across Haleon.
Delivering best-in-class customer service through the existing end-to-end network of warehouses and distribution activities across Ukraine
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong project and change management skills and experience.
Successful logistics experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
Mentorship and leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and develop direct and indirect reports and teams.
Deep understanding of warehouse operations, customer service operations, including processes, IT, and staffing.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP and other logistics technologies.
Fluent English language skills.
University degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of leading logistics change management in areas such as Systems and processes, changes of warehousing location, re-tendering, EDI.
Experience of managing remote teams and suppliers.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions in a complex business environment.
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels within and outside the organization.
Ability to work on own initiative and comfortable with delegated responsibility.
