Maximilian E. Schmitt e.K. is a dynamic company specializing in the management of premium apartments and hotels. They provide guests with an unforgettable stay experience. The company is actively developing and is looking for a reliable and responsible Customer service manager who will help maintain a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
Interaction with customers:
- Providing information about the company’s services and facilities.
- Processing of reservations and customer requests.
- Solving problem situations and customer complaints.
- Maintaining a positive image of the company.
Administrative work:
- Maintaining a customer database.
- Preparation of reports.
- Fulfillment of other assignments of the management.
Teamwork:
- Interacting with other departments of the company to ensure effective work.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Languages: Fluency in German and English (oral and written).
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and politely, ability to find a common language with different people.
- Customer focus: A desire to help customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Attention to detail: Ability to perform tasks accurately and pay attention to details.
- Organization: Ability to plan your time efficiently and multitask.
- Computer skills: Confident PC user, knowledge of office programs.
Will be an advantage: Experience in customer service, hospitality or travel industry.
