Seeking enthusiastic Sales Managers.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients from around the world.
- Conduct active telephone sales (no cold calling or prospecting required).
- Provide clients with detailed information about the company’s offerings and promotions.
- Engage deeply with customer needs, questions, and concerns, ensuring personalized and thoughtful solutions.
- Develop expertise in the company’s products and services to offer tailored recommendations and drive customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher, B2+).
- Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable: German, Polish, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese (Upper-Intermediate B2+ level and above, with fluency required).
- Proven sales experience; familiarity with the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to conduct effective phone negotiations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to search for, retain, and apply information effectively.
- Proficient in using computers; experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
