We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support our Technical Director in making decisions related to manufacturing technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with large data sets to enhance production efficiency.
Key activities
- Support the Technical Director in project management, stakeholder communication, and technical documentation.
- Monitor key technical metrics related to production equipment performance.
- Analyze manufacturing data and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop reports and dashboards reflecting key production performance indicators.
- Support the Technical Directorin making strategic decisions regarding technology investments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other documents as required by the Technical Director.
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing technical projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication between departments to address technical issues or requirements.
- Perform research and compile data to assist with technical decision-making.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Understanding of technical terms and processes.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and visualization platforms
- Understanding of production process management principles and technological cycles.
- Ability to analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a technical or engineering environment is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver’s license is required
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
