INTECH is an umgi portfolio company operating in the sectors of green economy solutions, and industrial goods and services. umgi is a private equity firm with a diversified portfolio of assets located in EU, Ukraine, and Turkey.
We are looking for a Senior Strategy analyst to facilitate INTECH operations and strategy management.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing portfolio reports, presentations, and project teasers for stakeholders
- Supporting development of long-term strategies for portfolio companies, evaluate risks and identifying growth opportunities
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of portfolio companies (financial and operational), including calculating key performance indicative KPIs (NPV, IRR, and etc.)
- Building and maintaining comprehensive financial models for business projects to forecast and evaluate portfolio companies, including DCF analysis and conducting sensitivity analyses
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of performance with strategic and operational goals
- Providing various types of analytical support required for the portfolio companies and projects
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience is required (Big 4/ Consulting/ Investment bank background)
- Financial modeling/valuation and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Higher financial/economic education
- Basic familiarity and ability to discuss general economic and business concepts, current news, trends etc.
- Practical knowledge of industry research, corporate finance, valuation techniques is a plus
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English
