Overview: As the Head of Market Analytics Department at Deep Knowledge Group, you will lead and oversee all aspects of our BI operations, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that support business growth and decision-making. This senior leadership role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in BI strategy, team management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:
   1. Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of business performance, market trends, and industry developments.
   2. Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
   3. Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and strategic briefs.
2. Strategic Leadership:
   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
   2. Drive innovation in BI methodologies, technologies, and processes to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
   3. Lead the transformation of data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
3. Operational Oversight:
   1. Manage and optimize BI resources, including budget allocation and team development.
   2. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions and tools.
   3. Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of BI data and systems.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
   1. Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide strategic BI recommendations.
   2. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
   3. Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners to support BI initiatives and objectives.
5. Team Development:
   1. Lead and mentor a high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
