Bayer Ltd, International company open the vacancy of Travel & Expense/AP Accountant (бухгалтер із розрахунків: відрядження, авансові звіти, постачальники), тимчасова посада.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of travel request, cash advance request, travel expense report, booking tool.
- Uploading and archiving of expense report documents.
- Processing corporate card payments and related expenses.
- Processing of the vendor invoices in SAP (receive, verify and post vendors’ invoices and other supporting documents; analyze respective postings)
- Release vendor invoices for payment.
- Reconciliation the balances on the accounts related to AP.
- Booking of VAT Tax invoices (VAT credit).
- Participation in the process of Financial Audit: assist the auditors in their inquiries.
- To be business partner for the business in questions related to Travel & Expense
General requirements:
- Completed education in Finance, Accounting or related spheres.
- Working experience from 3 years.
- Knowledge of Tax legislation related to Travel & Expense.
- English –intermediate level.
- 1C, SAP and Excel knowledges.
Personal skills:
Attention to details, time management, communication skills, proactiveness, stress resistant, responsibility.
