We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will handle payroll operations, manage payments, taxes, and reporting for multiple individual entrepreneurs (FOPs), and help optimize our processes in Oracle NetSuite. Please note that we do not have an established payroll flow in Oracle NetSuite yet, so your expertise in setting it up and guiding the implementation will be crucial. We are seeking a team member with a proactive mindset (from junior to mid-senior level) who can deliver comprehensive payroll solutions and contribute to the financial health of our company.
Your tasks:
- Prepare payroll statements, ensuring timely salary calculation and disbursement;
- Create invoices and handle tax payments;
- Manage payments, taxes, and reporting for multiple individual entrepreneurs (FOPs);
- Generate tax reports for FOP;
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures in terms of payroll;
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation in terms of payroll;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes in Oracle NetSuite.
Our Criteria:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- Solid understanding of local tax regulations and payroll processes;
- Proven experience with invoicing, tax filings, and payroll management;
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills;
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Would be a plus:
- Previous involvement in integrating new payment systems or financial tools;
- Experience working with cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Binance) and handling crypto transactions;
- Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP);
- Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
