We are seeking a highly skilled Financial manager to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contractor Payroll Management: Process payments to Ukrainian FOP contractors, create invoices.
- PE (FOP) Support: Oversee all aspects of Ukrainian FOP administration, including documentation and coordination with tax authorities.
- Client Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, track payments.
- Debt Control: Monitor outstanding invoices and occasionally call clients to remind them about overdue payments.
- Financial Oversight: Track company expenses and revenue, ensuring financial stability and transparency.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, analyze cash flow, and provide insights for business decisions.
- Manage Payables & Receivables: Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Requirements: - Experience in Finance or Accounting (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian FOP financial processes.
- Understanding of international invoicing and payment systems.
- English level: Upper-intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).
- Ability to call and communicate professionally with international clients.
- Familiarity with online banking, including international transactions.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- High level of proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with QuickBooks, ZohoBooks.
- Experience in financial process automation.
