CRM manager (Remote position)
We're looking for a dedicated CRM-Manager to lead our customer communication department and work closely with our marketing and social media teams. This role involves assigning daily tasks, overseeing their completion, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the customer communication department.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and social media managers to support cohesive efforts.
- Assign and monitor daily tasks for team members to ensure goals are met.
- Facilitate clear, effective communication within and across teams.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in sales with a track record of meeting targets.
- Schedule: 6 days a week, 15:30 — 00:00 (Kyiv time).
