POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new business opportunities in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the IT sector, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a startup environment within a global market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the civil aviation industry globally.
- Use various strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to identify and connect with prospective clients, customers, or partners and schedule meetings.
- Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads.
- Develop tailored sales strategies that align with INPUT SOFT’s unique value propositions and the needs of potential clients.
- Represent INPUT SOFT at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions globally to promote our brand and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Create long-term value for businesses by finding new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to ensure INPUT SOFT remains competitive and innovative.
- Track, report, and optimize business development activities and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the aviation, technology, or software sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to develop successful sales strategies and execute them to close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for driving results.
- Willingness to travel globally to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a remote-only environment.
