Responsibilities:
- Build a brand of TBO in the market
- Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics
- Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands TBO customer base and extends the company's global reach
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
- Single point of contact for any quarries that may rise from the Customer and distribution to the right department
- Training of the new Customers
- Customization of the platform in accordance with local needs
- Participating in local travel events or trade shows
- Competitive intelligence in the market

Core competencies and skills required:
- A Player with a “Hunter” mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ambitious, self-starter and sales results driven
- Strong experience in Business-to-Business negotiations
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record in both Sales&Account Management
- Ability to adapt quickly to new realities
- Previous background in Travel industry (Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar position)
- Working proficiency in English
- Other languages knowledge is a plus
