Our expectations from you:
— proven experience as an Account/Advertising Manager;
— 0,5+ year experience in dating, and sweepstakes projects;
— Deep understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV);
— Basic knowledge of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, and E-mail Marketing;
— Knowledge of the market, major advertisers, and major affiliate programs;
— Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
— Professional communication skills, ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers;
— Strong self-management skills, structured and system approach to work;
— Ambition and constant desire become better each day;
— Upper-intermediate level of English;
Your main duties will be:
— Integration of advertisers with tracking platforms, ensuring correct tracking of traffic conversion results;
— Develop and maintain strong trusted business relationships with future partners, offering them professional support and feedback;
— Motivate our existing partners to stay loyal to the company and increase our profit together;
— Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials;
— Market research, analysis of promising areas of development;
— Fulfilment of personal commercial KPI;
— Implementation of new strategies of work with advertisers, expanding areas of cooperation;
