SVC On Front Stock & Demand Planner
Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening the vacancy of SVC On Front Stock & Demand Planner in Kyiv.
Role and Responsibilities:
Spare parts demand planner
- Create purchase orders to vendors
- Prepare forecasting and keep stock with optimal level
- ETD&ETA information update
- Keep high level of forecasting accuracy ratio
Stock keeping (OFS on-front stock)
- Prepare safety stock proposal, agreed with service centers; create sales order and control of distribution
- Follow-up system master data regarding stock keeping procedure
- Provide training for service centers about stock keeping
- On-site audit of parts operation process (in common; stock keeping included)
- Weekly, monthly reporting; KPI improvement plan
Supporting Service Partners for Parts Ordering and Sales process
- Check ASC Orders in system and support Parts Sales
- Parts Pricing management
- Parts Ship out from WH process support
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- English upper-intermediate
- Strong analytic skills (excel, PowerBI, PowerPivot), experience with forecasting and planning systems
- Technical background and understanding of service processes
- High education in technical, logistic
