About the Role:
As our Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations. Responsibilities:
- receive and process the application for the purchase of goods;
- collect the application for the purchase from the responsible person (for some projects);
- control the status of the purchase and logistics (monitor that the goods have left and pushed to the recipient);
- communicate with suppliers and project manages of our company;
- keep tables on the status of each purchase and update them at the end of each day;
- control that each purchase has all the necessary documents;
- keep under the control all parts of the supply chain from our side to minimize delays;
- conduct the negotiations with suppliers;
- draw up foreign economic agreements
- maintain contractual and primary documentation with foreign economic activity
- make evaluation, analysis and editing of foreign economic activity agreements from counterparties for compliance with the legislation of Ukraine, compliance with the interests and economic security of the enterprise;
- make calculation of the input price for imported goods
- conduct correspondence with the bank regarding all foreign economic operations of the company;
- submit the applications to the bank for the currency purchase;
- - organize the freight transportation of goods for import and export/export of goods and components;
- optimize the costs for import of goods and components.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in sourcing, purchasing, or logistics, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (BA in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken is a mast.
