Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes, personnel files, different types of HR related agreements and other documentation
  • Prepare data for payroll
  • Handle ongoing queries from employees and customers
  • Work closely with our customers, service providers, and deliver both local and international HR/Payroll solutions
  • Ensure project deliverables are prepared on time and of the highest quality
  • Prepare, verify international payroll calculations and HR documents ensuring correctness and compliance (with support of external providers)
  • Prepare, reconcile, control invoices and payments
  • Maintain and keep up-to-date our country knowledge base
  • Provide immigration support (occasionally)
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 3 years of practical experience with HR documentation, including the drafting of employment agreements, annexes, and other HR documents
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation in Ukraine
  • Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • English – Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Proactive mindset, passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize the tasks and manage own workload in order to perform the tasks effectively and in a timely manner

Would be a great advantage

  • Practical knowledge of payroll tax legislation
  • Experience with obtaining work permits, residence permits, employment-related
  • Work in EOR/PEO/staffing/HR consultancy/outsourcing company
