Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to nurture strategic customers worldwide, securing the best conditions and fostering long-term relationships to enhance our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategic customers Identification: Identify and assess potential partners globally, evaluating their capabilities, reputation, and alignment with our company values and objectives.

Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support our business objectives.

 Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration to achieve common goals.

 Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate partner performance regularly, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and driving continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency.

 Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for partnership expansion and optimization.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration of partner services.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in client management, business development, or procurement within the logistics, e-commerce industry or other b2b field.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals and building strategic relationships.

- Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
