At the moment, we’re in search of Talent Researcher to identify and attract top talents for our open positions
Your future line of work:
— Source candidates for open positions using job boards and social media
— Prescreen candidates to assess their skills and experience
— Build and maintain relationships with candidates
— Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing trends and best practices
— Track and report on sourcing metrics
We expect:
— 1+ years of sourcing
— Strong understanding of the recruiting process
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Ability to multitask and work independently
— Prominent storytelling skills
Will be a plus:
— Strong understanding of development lifecycle
— Strong understanding of iGaming niche
