We are looking for a Community Manager (night shift).
Requirements:
- Experience in using messaging social media platforms;
- Analytical skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Ability to learn fast;
- Strong communication skills, empathy, desire to solve customers issues;
- Ukrainian - Native;
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher (other languages are welcome).
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably Turkish, Georgian or Spanish, Polish;
- Knowledge of finance and crypto/blockchain, understanding market trends.
In this role, you will be:
- Work with messengers - Telegram, Discord;
- Respond to user comments and requests in chats and private messages. Solve users problems;
- Collect feedback on products;
- Participate in creating and holding events for the community.

Schedule: The first 2 months: 10:00 — 18:00 Mon-Fri. Then the schedule is variable. Namely: 23:00 - 08:00 - night shift. 2 work shifts\ 2 days off (time zone of Ukraine).
