KeyPerson is looking for a Middle/Senior Social Media and PR Specialist for our client. The company is a leader in the dietary supplements industry, operating in international markets across Africa, Asia, and South America. 

The role focuses on managing and developing the company’s social media presence and public relations strategy from scratch. You will be responsible for creating and executing content plans, engaging with influencers, organizing webinars, and ensuring effective PR outreach.

The role requires proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube), content creation tools, and basic design software. Key communication tools include email and instant messaging. The primary working language is English.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams in a dynamic environment. The company operates internationally, with team members based in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:

    • Launch and manage social media platforms from scratch.
    • Develop and implement content plans.
    • Identify and collaborate with influencers for partnerships and paid campaigns.
  • Public Relations:

    • Organize webinars with partners and company experts.
    • Create promotional materials and success stories with partners.
    • Conduct interviews with experts and produce professional content.
    • Update and manage PR pages, including “About Us” and “Team” sections.
  • Content Evaluation:

    • Test various content formats and analyze their performance.
    • Optimize strategies based on results.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in PR and social media.
  • Knowledge of influencer collaboration and partnership strategies.
  • Skills in content planning and writing for social media.
  • Experience with visual and video editing tools.
  • Basic design skills for creating social media posts.
  • Analytical skills for performance evaluation and improvement.
  • English proficiency at B2 or higher.
