A partner of Philip Morris Ukraine is looking for a SMM lover.
In this role you will be a voice and a heart of IQOS and Philip Morris Ukraine in social media. We have above 100k loyal users in our accounts:

What will you do:
- Perform full cycle of SMM responsibilities from content creation to customer care through social.
- Create content: develop concepts, manage shootings, prepare copywrites, brief designers, identify right timing and engaging mechanics to jump in with the content.
- Find a way to keep users interested and engaged by choosing the right topics, mechanics and tools.
- Provide best-in-class customer care. We know the answers to all “how”, “what” and “why” of our users. And you will too!
- Take care of our users questions on related platforms: play market, google my business, etc.
- Make our events instagramble and bring them to social media. Like this!
- Analyze and review performance in social media to create next steps based on insights.
Prerequisites:
- Be ready to make people happy (at least in social media)
- Social media is your second name and a part of your lifestyle
- You are consumer focused, caring and able to react to consumers’ requests quickly
- Proven (by results & examples) experience in managing social media accounts
- Experience in shaping & executing social media projects
- Fluency in digital analytics (Instagram/Facebook Insights, Google Analytics & Sprinklr will be a plus)
- Strong copywriting skills
- Fluent Ukrainian and English
