Position Overview:
The Content Manager / Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s and management team’s social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. This role requires a creative individual with excellent English proficiency and experience in developing engaging content strategies, managing campaigns, and building a strong online brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Creation:
Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms.
Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to each platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
Collaborate with management to align content with company objectives and target audiences.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles as well as those of the management team.
Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and branding.
Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
Audience Engagement:
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
Build and nurture an online community, strengthening relationships with potential clients and industry professionals.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns.
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 0,5 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
Proven experience managing corporate and/or personal social media profiles (LinkedIn and Facebook are essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency with social media management tools and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Creative thinking with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with the IT industry or B2B services is a plus.
