Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.
Genome is looking for an Accountant!
Key Responsibilities
- work with the ERP system database, including maintaining statements, processing incoming orders, and creating new counterparties;
- reconcile account balances to ensure accuracy;
- prepare management financial statements;
- work with company-specific software tools such as the Admin Panel and QuickSight;
- coordinate tax calculations for individuals;
- reconcile advance reports;
- maintain primary documentation records in the corporate accounting system;
- collect and compile primary documentation to create a monthly document package;
- input new counterparties into the internal accounting system;
- collaborate with other finance department divisions on accounting and tax-related matters.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as an accountant;
- proficient in managing financial transactions and experienced with ERP systems, including file uploads and data verification;
- strong knowledge of tax calculation rules for individuals and private entrepreneur;
- solid understanding of salary and vacation calculations;
- advanced Excel skills, including working with formulas, data processing, and creating complex tables;
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher;
- excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to providing advice and support.
