Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accountant, especially in payroll, bonus calculations, and managing employee benefits.
- Expertise in handling large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with invoice generation and processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Strong skills in using Excel, Slack, Google Drive, and Gmail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Indian labor and tax legislation.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive reports on payroll and benefits.
- Cross-check payroll tasks and validate primary data accuracy.
- Ensure correct processing and data uploads for payroll and benefits calculation.
- Maintain constant communication regarding compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
