We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with an incredible work ethic to join our team as Junior Recruiter.
This is a full-time, remote position for candidates who are fluent in English. If you are passionate about finding top talent and supporting the entire recruitment process, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and screening candidates across different platforms and job boards.
- Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.
- Performing assigned tasks from the HR Manager promptly and efficiently.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including headhunting, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Handling onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and departing employees.
- Emailing and communicating with candidates at every step of the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate records and updates in recruitment tools.
- Ensuring all processes are followed and completed with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and other recruitment activities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience using tools like Zoom, Loom, Slack, and Asana.
