Position Overview – Junior Recruiter
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with an incredible work ethic to join our team as a Junior Recruiter . This is a full-time, remote position for candidates based in Latin America or the Philippines who are fluent in English. If you are passionate about finding top talent and supporting the entire recruitment process, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates across different platforms and job boards.
Conducting initial interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.
Performing assigned tasks from the HR Manager promptly and efficiently.
Managing the full recruitment cycle , including headhunting, screening, and onboarding processes.
Handling onboarding and offboarding tasks for new and departing employees.
Emailing and communicating with candidates at every step of the recruitment process.
Maintaining accurate records and updates in recruitment tools.
Ensuring all processes are followed and completed with attention to detail.
Requirements:
Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing , and other recruitment activities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience using tools like Zoom, Loom, Slack, and Asana .
