About Us
Gen.Ukrainian is a non-governmental organization working at the intersection of social, educational, and psychological challenges related to childhood during wartime. We support children who have experienced severe trauma due to the loss of parents, captivity, forced deportation, or occupation through psychoeducational intensives, innovative rehabilitation programs, and scientific research.
Who We Are Looking For?
We would be happy to welcome a fundraiser to our team who:
Has experience securing funding for public or charitable projects.
Has experience working with grant programs from international organizations, including USAID, the European Commission, UNDP, and UHF, and understands the specifics of cooperation with international funds.
Knows how to build effective partnerships with both businesses and international grantmakers.
Can confidently write grant applications and communicate with donors at different levels.
Understands the principles of grant funding and knows how to develop resource mobilization strategies.
Has fluency in Ukrainian and English at B2 level or higher.
Possesses a systematic approach, the ability to work with deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Has a strong alignment with the organization's mission and is committed to its values.
Can work independently while also being a team player.
What Will You Be Doing?
Engaging in building long-term partnerships with Ukrainian companies and business communities.
Developing a system of private donations and attracting individual benefactors.
Coordinating and overseeing all crowdfunding platforms.
Developing and implementing fundraising strategies.
Seeking new opportunities for grants, partnerships, and charitable campaigns.
Preparing and submitting grant applications for Ukrainian and international competitions.
Organizing meetings with donors and partners, maintaining communication.
Managing and expanding the donor database.
Preparing project implementation reports for donors.
Working with budgets: drafting, approval, and control.
Conducting negotiations and building long-term relationships with businesses and international partners.
Work Format:
Flexible schedule, with the opportunity to work remotely.
In-office presence once a week for team meetings focused on work analysis and planning.
The first 3 months are a probationary period.
