Our mission is to build successful partnerships and deliver exceptional results. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, leveraging your expertise to grow the network.
- Monitor and analyze daily traffic performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Manage CAPs and lead statuses to maximize affiliate performance and ROI.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to affiliates.
- Address affiliate issues promptly, maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.
- Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that drive growth and improve affiliate performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in affiliate marketing, managing affiliates, or working with
advertisers is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
