Head of affiliate

We are an international digital marketing product company successfully operating in global markets. Due to our constant development and expansion, we are pleased to announce an opportunity to join our Marketing team. We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented Head of Affiliate.

Key skills:

• Experience in Affiliate marketing (IGaming) for 3 years;
• Experience in the position of Senior Affiliate/Team Lead/Head for 2 years;
• Successful experience of working in international markets;
• Understanding metrics and ability to qualitatively analyze traffic;
• Successful experience in scaling affiliate marketing results;
• Effective management of processes and interactions;
• Building, training, motivating, and mentoring an affiliate marketing team;
• Strategic thinking;
• English — Upper-Intermediate level;
• High level of communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing a strategy for the exit and growth of the Brand;
• Development of presence and growth of the team in the Company’s top countries;
• Formation of a promotion strategy;
• Interaction with the creative department;
• Budget planning;
• Collecting a database of affiliates and traffic-owners;
• Selection of the characteristics of the offer for launching on certain geo;
• Building an offer promotion strategy;
• Identification of potential new affiliates and effective management of current relationships with existing partners;
• Acquisition, retention, and activation of new affiliates and partnerships;
• Analysis of campaigns and development of strategies for promoting offers;
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular contact, which will include meetings, phone and email messages;
• Be the main contact point of the company in relations with partners;
• Management and onboarding of new team members
• Updated information in checklists, and roadmaps.
