Your future responsibilities:
— Drafting, revising and negotiation of commercial and business contracts, transaction documents, NDAs, policies etc.
— Providing support of the activities of foreign companies, including communication with foreign service providers, banks and payment institutions, counterparties on compliance issues.
— Legal Consultation: Offer legal advice on ad-hoc matters, monitor legal changes, and ensure compliance with legislation.
— Employee Relocation and Contracts: Support employee relocation matters, prepare and finalize contracts for different types of workers (staff, gig specialists, remote workers).
— Diia City Residency Support: Analyze regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for the company’s residency in Diia City, including registration of gig contracts.
— KYC & Compliance: Conduct KYC procedures during onboarding of partners and providers, ensuring compliance with internal requirements. Perform due diligence (DD) on foreign counterparties, and provide legal and compliance support.
— Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations, fulfillment of other legal tasks and assignments arising in course of business, both in the international sphere and in Ukraine.

The following skills are important to us:
— Experience in a similar position at least 2 years.
— Knowledge in the sphere international corporate, contract, AML/KYC, data protection and compliance regulations.
— Experience working with Diya city regime and gig-contracts.
— Expertise in drafting and negotiation of various commercial and business contracts.
— Background in legal consulting, including advising in the field of Ukrainian economic, civil, labor and tax law.
— Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
— Ability to meet deadlines.
— English — Upper-intermediate (background in English Law will be a plus).
