We are constantly expanding our market position with a future-oriented international business strategy. Therefore, Today we are looking for a Lawyer to support International Business Development Projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Legal education (specialization in international law or in the field of international agreements and contracts will be an advantage)
- At least 2 years of international experience in contract drafting & negotiations
Fluent English - Good analytical skills to analyze complex international legal issues, distinguish the details of contracts and agreements, and draw conclusions
- Ability to collaborate with lawyers, consultants and company departments to achieve common goals
- Understanding of ethical principles, compliance and professional standards of a lawyer, including confidentiality and liability
- Pharma experience will be a significant advantage
What projects await you:
- Legal support of regional and cross-border corporate development operations at all relevant stages
- Drafting and negotiation of relevant contracts (NDAs, SPAs, APAs, license agreements and related contracts such as transitional services or production and supply agreements)
- Legal support for the integration of the M&A deals
- Interaction with external advisers
- Close cooperation in a team with the legal departments of the headquarters in Switzerland and/or Dubai and representative offices in the region (UBA)
