Job Responsibilities
Independently review, draft, and negotiate legal documentation (in most cases in English)
Provide legal support to the client of the Company on various affairs and business projects;
Advise on Clients' day-to-day commercial transactions and business undertakings
Draft and review of multiple agreements (loan agreements, shareholder agreements, sales & purchase agreements, etc.) and documents (memorandums, protocols)
Structuring and assistance in transactions on sale-purchase of corporate rights in Ukraine and abroad
Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs and opinions, search, and prepare of legal news.
Requirements
- University Degree in law;
- Advanced English is a must
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law regulations
- Excellent computer skills
- Accuracy, speed, and thoroughness of work, attention to details
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong client-relationships skills
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
