We are looking for a Financial monitoring specialist!

Requirements:
— Ukrainian-native;
— Higher economic education;
— At least 1 year of work experience in financial institutions;
— Systemic thinking and analytical mind;
— Ability to work with tables (excellent knowledge of Excel: formulas, summary tables);
— Basic knowledge about cryptocurrencies (a set of key concepts and information about what a cryptocurrency is, how it functions and how to interact with it);
— Understanding how blockchain technology works.

Responsibilities:
— Monitoring transactions using the Transaction Monitoring System to identify any anomalous or suspicious patterns;
— Performing transaction verification using blockchain analytics tools such as Chainalysis, Crystal, Elliptic, etc;
— Processing incoming transactions in accordance with all necessary procedures;
— Processing outgoing transactions in compliance with established rules and procedures;
— Conducting regular balance monitoring to maintain liquidity;
— Analyzing trading activity to identify anomalies or suspicious operations;
— Reviewing accounts and transactions for compliance with legislation and the company’s internal policies, with a focus on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations;
— Organizing and processing requests from other company departments to ensure prompt response and support for operational needs;

Schedule: The first 2 months: 09:00 — 17:00 Mon-Fri. Then the schedule is variable and floating. Namely: 3 days 09:00 — 17:00 (office), 1 day 17:00 — 01:00 (remote), 1 day 01:00 — 09:00 (remote). 
The schedule is set every Friday for the next week (taking into account the wishes of managers).
