Lead Financial Controller

The company is expanding, and we are looking for new talent. We need a Lead Financial Controller who will manager financial processes in international logistics.

Your responsibilities:

• Control delivery and transportation expenses;
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable;
• Verify and synchronize data across internal accounting systems;
• Prepare and analyze management reports;
• Automate and optimize financial and logistics processes;
• Lead and manage a team.

What we expect from you:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Financial Controller / Auditor / Finance Manager;
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
• Experience working with IFRS;
• Ability to work with large data sets and spreadsheets;
• Understanding of ERP systems at the user level (1C or similar);
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets;
• Team management experience;
• English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.

It will be a plus if you have:

• A certification confirming your knowledge of financial reporting under IFRS (DipIFR, ACCA in progress, or similar);
• Experience working at a Big4 company.
