Our Client - one of the leading pharmaceutical companies, which operates in Ukraine for more than 20 years, announces the position of E-commerce Intern.
NEEDED BACKGROUND:
- Graduate/Student of the last courses.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint is a must);
- High level communication skills (written and verbal)
- English - Upper-intermediate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support for E-commerce Lead
- Assist the E-commerce Lead with daily operational tasks and projects.
- Provide ongoing support for department operations and cross-functional initiatives.
Data & Analytics
- Collect and analyze sales data from customers.
- Maintain and update relevant data files and reports, ensuring accuracy and consolidation.
- Track and report on competitor promotions across all e-commerce clients.
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends to identify opportunities.
- Assist in preparing Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for meetings.
- Conduct various analyses (e.g., market trends, competitor activity, channel performance, and eCommerce development).
- Support the planning and execution of eCommerce projects.
Digital Shelf & E-retail Media
- Participate in the development and adaptation of digital content.
- Collaborate with creative agencies (briefing, feedback rounds, content approvals).
- Work closely with marketing, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure compliance.
- Download, approve, and manage digital assets in company systems.
- Implement and enhance rich content and secondary images across eCommerce platforms.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure all eRetailer content is accurate and up to date.
Customer & Partner Management
- Assist in customer communication and relationship management.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Additional Support
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to eCommerce development.
- Assist with the coordination of promotional activities and execution of key campaigns.
